Osho was a charismatic leader of a spiritual movement. In 1970, he developed a discipline he named "dynamic meditation." This practice was designed to enable yogis to experience divinity through it’s powerful effect. It fires up the whole body and brings up anything deep within to be released. This meditation will push you to know where you may be holding yourself back and gives you the opportunity to transcend. Most importantly, we are constantly the witness in this practice. With new growth, we will celebrate.
This hour long meditation will go through the following 5 stages:
● Chaotic Breathing
● Catharsis
● Chanting
● WITNESS
● Celebrate
Each stage is about 10 minutes each. During chaotic breathing, we oxygenate the body with intense breathing. In catharsis, we release anything that needs expressed (yells, jumps, cries, laughs). In chanting, we jump with our arms raised to the mantra "who!". During the 4th stage, we stop and witness ourselves in total silence. And in the last stage, we dance.

Please bring a bandana if you have!
